This morning woke up to a smattering of snow. The garden was covered in tiny footprints of visitors looking for breakfast.
Bit of a Jackson Pollock scenario around the main 'bird feeding station'.
The part of the garden where the robin and blackbird like to hang out. I fancy these are their hop-prints as they inspected the area for grub, perhaps side by side, rather like Pooh and Piglet.
Then to my own trek in the snow... We are very lucky to have France Farm within walking distance of the house. Every Friday they hold a veg sale which coincides with the very popular coffee morning at the village hall, where they additionally hold a small craft fair every week. I haven't managed to penetrate the craft fair yet, due to an already high turnout in card makers, but this morning enjoyed a jaunt across the road to get my veg. Thank goodness they do birdfood, veggies, kissletoe, tablet and macaroons... all a stone, or potato's throw away. Brilliant. That's the household fed.
I'm posting in haste as to spend the rest of the day making things for the Christmas craft fair at Killearn tomorrow 10am-1pm. Had I been more organised I was planning to put more bits in my etsy shop, but makes more sense to do it after tomorrow as all my eco-cards and tags are one-off. Once they are gone, they are gone. So by Monday there should be some bits in the shop - probably only available to UK buyers in these days that are left. Over the weekend I intend to post about my card swap with Melissa, and keep my advent posting going!
Hope you have a great weekend.
'kissletoe'... i like that... and your reference to piglet and pooh.
hope the fair goes well... a happy weekend to you.

Sounds so lovely to live in a village with weekly coffee mornings. And veg sale. And craft fair! My wallet would be empty by the end of every Friday if I lived there...
Hope you have a nice weekend!
