A while ago I found this cheesy patchwork book in the local charity shop and actually have quite a liking for this image - the girl in the patchwork dress!!... on her bicycle...with matching bag. She reminds me of Susannah York a little.
It came from this book - Creative Patchwork - and I liked the inside cover typeface with the strange but slightly fascinating blue patchwork cat.
Something for everyone... a new dressing gown for the man about the house perhaps?
...and I'm not sure if I like this image or not. I do - but there is also something quite contemporary about it... very eden project.
happy patchworking!
Hello Caireen
Great book ! I'm not sure Mr Bun would be too happy if I made him that dressing gown, though! The cat is very "clothkits" don't you think? And the last picture - love it for it's similarity to the Eden Project and the parachute effect.
Happy days

Wow, I never seem to find books like that. By the way we're holidaying on the Fife coast next week. Know of anything crafty going on in that neck of the woods? xxx

You are so right about each photo from that book! There really is "something" about each of them.
Best wishes. xo
